Maybe their next webinar should be on the ethics of putting on CLEs.  This is a webinar on the “ethics” of legal offshoring led by a CEO of a company that “offshores” American legal work.  No conflict there, right? Why do I have a feeling there won’t be too much time spent on high scrutiny required when licensed attorneys are supervising non-attorneys, never mind the unauthorized practice of law issues.

What’s next? A investment bank CEO giving an ethics lecture on executive bonus allotment? An ousted governor under indictment speaking on the ethics of good government? Oh, wait a minute. I take back that last one.
