Sorry I haven’t kept up with this website the last few weeks, but I wante to make sure to mention EPIQ, especially in the the wake of the new acquisition of Encore Discovery last month. Also it seems they are up 10% in revenue in the first quarter of this year from the first quarter last year.
Epiq Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPIQ) today announced results of operations for the first quarter 2011 with first quarter operating revenue (total revenue before operating revenue from reimbursed direct costs) of $54.2 million, up 10% compared to $49.1 million for the same period last year. Operating revenue was consistent with the company’s first quarter objectives.
